Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 24 hours so we can make it right.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for: orders affected by shipping delays, Melted products due to warmer weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
